About the NYU Law Review Forum

The New York University Law Review Forum is a new format for authors to express their views and engage in dynamic debate on current legal issues. Forum posts are brief explorations of recent judicial decisions, predictions of legal trends, critiques of recent scholarship, and other succinct takes on legal events. Professors, practitioners, and students are invited to provide perspectives on the doctrinal, ethical, and normative implications of legal developments.

To submit a Forum post, email our Senior Online Editor at ap6960@nyu.edu. Forum posts should be no more than 5,000 words, and have sources embedded in hyperlinks as opposed to footnotes. Forum posts are distinct from Online Essays, or Features, which range from 8,000 to 15,000 words, and are retrievable on all of the relevant electronic legal databases.
