About the NYU Law Review blog

The New York University Law Review Blog is a new format for authors to express their views and engage in dynamic debate on current legal issues. Blog posts are brief explorations of recent judicial decisions, predictions of legal trends, critiques of recent scholarship, and other succinct takes on legal events. Professors, practitioners, and students are invited to provide perspectives on the doctrinal, ethical, and normative implications of legal developments.

To submit a blog post, email our Senior Online Editor at Blog posts should be no more than 3,500 words, and have sources embedded in hyperlinks as opposed to footnotes.
